Do you ever feel that you are creating a problem or doing something wrong because you decided
to take care of yourself or take care of your loved ones?
You should never feel like you are out of touch or off the beaten path just because
you are eating foods that are helping you heal.
leafy greens and leafy herbs like cilantro, parsley, and fruits, and vegetables, and wild
foods, and roots, and shoots, like asparagus, and tubers, and potatoes, rhizomes like turmeric,
ginger.
You shouldn't feel you are doing something bad because you decided to be only eating plant foods or you decided to be a vegan or if you're eating salmon or lean grass-fed beef or animal products.
And you are concerned what you put into your body matters.
you should never be ashamed of spending the amount of time you do on your healing process
washing your greens washing your fruits cleaning and washing your vegetables preparing them
chopping them up on your cutting board and wondering maybe what you'll make later
or what you'll eat tomorrow.
You should never feel that you are just all about food
and everyone else out there is thinking about something else.
Or they're not thinking about what they're eating
or what their next meal is.
Or is this meal going to make me gain weight?
Or should I have a snack late at night and if that's bad?
everyone out there is worried about food and when and where and what to eat everyone
never let the people out there fool you into thinking they don't have to eat and they don't
have a care in the world to eat or never have to think about what and when and where they're eating
because they are they are they're always doing that everybody is don't get fooled by
that and ever demean what you're doing.
Just pat yourself on the shoulder.
Be proud you're taking care of yourself.
And never let the darkness into your thoughts
from others criticizing your healing process
or criticizing how you're eating
and healing through your foods.
Always know that your body loves
all that you're doing for it.
And they don't have control over your body.
No one does.
That's your body.
It's your body and it's your life.
